The U.S Secretary of Defense met with French counterpart
Secretary of Defense Carter and Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian of France met on November 28 in Washington to strengthen the Military partnership of the two countries. The bilateral Military partnership between the United States and France has been firm for centuries…… robust and durable for all time. A relation that traces itself to the depth of American history…… and the Continental Army where the French Commander General Marquis de Lafayette, played a significant role…..and still is exalted across the U.S as the American Hero.

U.S-Nordic Leaders Summit 2016
To portray European Power, one has to see it beyond the mainstream media, comprehend it deeply all the way, stretching to ……the Arctic Sea……the Lands of Nordic: their History, Culture…..Philosophy…..Art and Literature. On the Political sphere, their centuries of Diplomatic achievements….and on Defence……their Military might. They possess the North and the Baltic Seas…..and the every waves of Arctic Ocean. They were the first to journey into a New World, the first settler on the vast beautiful Land , before the British Empire re-discover and establish it as the Land of Shimmering dream…… later called….. ‘The United States of America’
The relation between the United States and the Nordic Region is not the contemporary but the most cherished and ranks the Legendary one — as President Obama described it in his speech of this year’s Summit: “The Extraordinary Countries and Extraordinary Friends” (Excerpt from a Political text ‘Sublime and Beautiful Europe and the United States’ by Catherine Stella Schmidt)
The U-S Nordic Leader Summit held in Washington DC on May 13, had been established following President Obama’s meeting with the Nordic Leaders in Sweden in 2013. The summit was to affirm the U.S-Nordic Partnerships, standing on centuries of shared Philosophy, Ideals and Western values.
Excerpt from U.S.-Nordic Leaders’ Summit Joint Statement:
“Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and the United States reaffirm our deep partnership based on shared fundamental values.”
“The Nordic countries greatly value the United States’ commitment to Europe and its security. NATO remains key to transatlantic and European security, and the contributions of Sweden and Finland, including those they make as NATO enhanced opportunity partners, are highly valuable. The United States, Denmark, Iceland, and Norway are committed to building on NATO’s enhanced opportunity partners’ framework in order to promote a close Political dialogue and Military cooperation between Finland and Sweden and NATO Allies (28+2).” “The Nordic countries and the United States strongly support closer cooperation between NATO and the EU, and consider new areas of practical cooperation between the two to be a priority for the NATO Summit in Warsaw in July.” May 13, 2016 © The White House Continue to read

Transatlantic Partnership the U.S and the United Kingdom
President Obama’s trip to the United Kingdom, this time was not just a Diplomatic Traditional visit, but it implied far more deeper reflection in many ways……. by displaying the United States inner heart and aspiration…… by expressing forthrightly…… the American hope and the fervour wish– that the United Kingdom maintain its Leadership in Europe.
In the world of our time ……that is characterized with the unknown challenges and the abruption of unsteady mode– more than ever the West has to be prepared as a Fortified Force –and remained United. And in this front the United Kingdom’s Leadership is not a luxurious requirement yet a crucial need …..and a profound imperative. In an explicit tone that was the essence of the message President Obama delivered from America to the United Kingdom. ( by Catherine Stella Schmidt)

Excerpt of President Obama’s remark:
“We are so bound together that nothing is going to impact the emotional and cultural and intellectual affinities between our two countries. So I don’t come here, suggesting in any way that that is impacted by a decision that the people of the United Kingdom may make around whether or not they’re members of the European Union. That is there. That’s solid. And that will continue, hopefully, eternally.
But, as David said, if one of our best friends is in an organization that enhances their influence and enhances their power and enhances their economy, then I want them to stay in it. Or at least I want to be able to tell them, you know, I think this makes you guys bigger players. I think this helps your economy. I think this helps to create jobs. ” April 22, 2016 ©U.S. Embassy London Continue to read

The Human Rights Day December 10
“The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was forged in the aftermath of World War II to protect freedom and prevent future atrocities. As we commemorate it today, we recall President Franklin Roosevelt’s 1941 Four Freedoms address, which inspired the Universal Declaration, and which the United Nations selected as this year’s theme for International Human Rights Day.
The “four Freedoms” – of speech and religion, from want and fear – are as relevant and compelling today as they were when Roosevelt spoke almost three quarters of a century ago.”

The United States and the UK in response to Syrian crisis
The United States and UK have been the two largest financial aid doner to the humanitarian crisis in Syria.
Since the start of the internal conflict in Syria, the United States as the First largest financial aid provider, has contributed more than $4 billion to help the affected people and the refugees. Every months there is a new additional financial aid package by the U.S Government allocated in response to this crisis.

The UK Humanitarian Help for Syria
At the same time the UK and the US with the initiative of la France have been trying to stop the civil war and to combat with the radical extremist groups in the region for years.
The United kingdom’s Leadership in refugee crisis in Europe
The result might have not been seen as the white and black outcomes– since there are more complexity involved in it, which comes mainly by those tyrannical systems that feed the radical groups either by weapons, other means of supports, or by blocking the UN Security Council’s decision by their veto– each time when the US-UK and France stood resolutely to act in solving the Syrian internal conflict.
