Combined Resolve and the Leadership of U.S 7th Army Training Command

Promoting stability in the continent and fortifying European Armed-Forces have been the overall goals of the United States Army Europe. With that vision, the 7th Army Training Command  executes the high caliber diversified exercises, training and maneuvers on a monthly basis to upgrade the U.S-European Forces with the complex and multifaceted aspects of the combat zone, operational missions, and the interoperability of NATO members/partners and allies. 

Exercise Combined Resolve is a series of continuational Military Training Exercise that falls under the United States Army Europe the  7th Army Training Command.  The exercise aims to strengthen U.S-European Armed/Rotational Forces; to maximize their agility; interoperability; and partnerships.

Combined Resolve VIII   is under way from April 19 – June 16, 2017  with over 3,400 participants from the Armed-Forces of Albania, Finland, Hungary, Kosovo, Lithuania, Macedonia, Romania, Slovenia, Ukraine and the United States.

Combined Resolve VII was held from Aug 8- Sept 15, 2016. With the participation of Armed Forces of Armenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Hungary, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, and the United States.

Combined Resolve VI was held from April 4- May 25, 2016 with the participation of  5 NATO/European partner nations

Combined Resolve V  was held from September 22 -November 21, 2015. With participation of 4,600 Soldiers from:  Albania, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Slovenia, and the United States, and three partner nations – Georgia, Montenegro and Serbia.

Combined Resolved IV  was held from May 1 – June 26 2015. With participants of 4,700 Soldiers from  Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, the United States, and three partner nations of Moldova, Montenegro and Serbia.

Combined Resolved III was held in October and November 2014. With over 4000 Soldiers from:  Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Moldova, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the U.S.

Combined Resolved II was  executed from May -June 2014. It is registered as the largest multinational exercise of that year with the Armed-Forces of 14 NATO members/partners including:  Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Georgia, Hungary, Kosovo, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and the U.S.
